The Yarra River runs through Melbourne. In the final stages of its journey it passes through Melbourne’s ports and oil refineries. It ends its journey muddy, full of pollution in Port Phillip Bay. Efforts are being made to clean up the river – here you can see a litter trap.
This week Yarra class (year 2) talk about their science project and seeds that have been to space. They also share their knowledge about the International Space Station and discuss whether there is life in space.
You can also find out more about Lyndhurst’s after school clubs and hear about Miss Curran’s favourite art space.
