Yarra Summer 2016

The Yarra River runs through Melbourne. In the final stages of its journey it passes through Melbourne’s ports and oil refineries. It concludes its journey muddy, full of pollution in Port Phillip Bay. Up to 350,000 cigarette butts enter the Yarra every day via stormwater drains. Efforts are being made to clean up the river.
