Orinoco Spring 2017

The Orinoco River has supported the traditional way of life of the Piaroa people for thousands of years. The women grow food and the men fish. The river is used for transport where it flows through as the thick tropical forests and flooded forest make travel difficult for humans otherwise.

This week Orinoco (year 5) give their opinion on the school uniform & high-vis vests, explain what parkour is and talk about what they do during the school holidays. You can listen to their chosen weekly news and counting to 10  in Chinese.
