Rio Grande Summer 2018

Who is your hero and why?   Rio Grande (Year 4) tell us about theirs, how their class assembly went and the origin of the Tudor Rose.   They explain a multiplication trick, The Lion and the Unicorn  and their upcoming trip to central London.  They improvise sound pieces to demonstrate what they’ve learnt about sound in Science.

Orinoco Summer 2018

Should students have to do homework?  Should there be CCTV cameras in schools?  Year 5 Orinoco class share their top tips on how to make a strong argument as well as explaining what reversible and irreversible materials are, earthquake facts and how to tackle fractions.  They have been inspired by the art and culture of Ancient Benin and the book The Story of the Blue Planet.
