Orinoco Summer 2018

Should students have to do homework?  Should there be CCTV cameras in schools?  Year 5 Orinoco class share their top tips on how to make a strong argument as well as explaining what reversible and irreversible materials are, earthquake facts and how to tackle fractions.  They have been inspired by the art and culture of Ancient Benin and the book The Story of the Blue Planet.

Yarra Summer 2018

Our Summer term starts off with Yarra class (year 2)!  They talk about what they’ve been up to over the Easter holidays, tadpoles, pond dipping adventures and their favourite hobbies. They also review the book Rosie Revere, Engineer  and talk about the Dodo – an animal we’d all like to meet.

Mekong Summer 2016

The Mekong River has more large fish species than any other river in the world, including the giant river carp, the Giant Pangasius, the Siamese Giant Carp, the Mekong Giant Catfish, and the Mekong Freshwater Stingray.

Book Week

A special broadcast for World Book Week!
The whole school read Journey by Aaron Becker and you can listen to the children talking about the book and coming up with alternative endings and continuing the story.
