E-safety tips from year 6 children

Some year 6 children share with us their top tips for staying safe online…

    1. Set your profile to friends only
    2. Know everyone on your friends list
    3. Don’t put anything online that you wouldn’t want your grandma to see
    4. Never leave your door unlocked – keep your passwords secret and keep all your information safe
    5. Cyber bullying – do not let them get you! Report it immediately to a trusted adult – your parents, teachers or Ceop.
    6. Don’t bully and don’t get bullied!
    7. Be kind – spread good messages

Gorilla Girl

Some children from Lyndhurst Dyslexia Centre have been sending questions to Robin Morrison, a scientist tracking Western Lowland Gorillas in the People’s republic of the Congo.

When she came back from the Congo she came into school to give us a talk.
